The Sound Workers Cookbook returns to the Hartford area once again to the Ed Cleveland Reiki & Sound Therapy Training Center. In this installment we will explore the Conch Shell, Himalayan Singing Bells and Tingshas, including playtime with the Waterphone (Ocean Harp), Trine, and Artigani. The Dorje or Vajra is also examined with the dril-bhu (Singing Bell), with demonstrations on how this ritual piece is used alone (without the bell). as a component of the 'Wheel of Sharp Weapons'. This program is hands on with museum quality pieces serving as teaching aids.
Each sound tool is examined, with attention to cultural and historical uses, to the degree of being knowledgeable and proficient with it. Small class size insures mentoring opportunities.
